Is the website really free?
Yes. There is no build fee on the Starter and Growth plans. Your monthly plan covers hosting, security, updates and changes, and the 12-month minimum covers the build.
Do I own my website?
You always own your domain name and everything you give us: your logo, photos and text. The website design transfers to you once the 12 months are paid, or earlier with a buyout. If you ever leave, we hand over a full copy and help you move.
How long does it take?
About three weeks from the day we have your content (logo, photos and a list of services). Don’t have good photos or copy? We can write the copy and source photos for you.
What if I already have a website?
You can keep it. Our care plan looks after an existing WordPress site for $49.99/month, or we can rebuild it on a monthly plan. Start with a free website grade to see where it stands.
How do I ask for changes?
Email us or send a request from your client portal. Small changes such as hours, prices, photos and new text are included every month, and most are done the same day.
Do you only work on Long Island?
We’re based in Freeport and work mostly with Nassau and Suffolk businesses, and we’re happy to meet in person. Everything can also be done by phone and email, so we work with businesses anywhere.
